Shipping Information

All shipments made within the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) are eligible for complimentary shipping. Upon receipt of full payment amount, please allow between 2-12 business days for the arrival of your item, as our inventory ships from different global locations. All items are shipped via UPS unless a specific request for an alternative carrier is made. A tracking number is provided immediately upon shipment, along with an estimated date of arrival.

We ship via DHL for international deliveries. Each country carries distinct customs and duties responsibilities; please contact us to confirm shipping preferences.

Insurance for items is upon request, and carries an additional fee.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of how such rare luxury items are sourced and/or procured, they are considered to be a bespoke order. It is not possible to refund orders once payment has been made. Thus, all sales are final; we do not accept returns or provide refunds. If you have any questions or concerns before, during, or after your purchase, please contact us directly. Final Sale occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company or when a bank wire is received.
